Shipping policy

At Praxira we provide bespoke sportswear which falls under 3 forms of fulfilment.

1. General sale - Stocked items which fall under our normal sales and returns policy. We usually require 1 to 5 working days to process and ship these orders.
2. Customized items - These items are stocked items which include personalization and requires a processing time of 5 to 10 days.
3. Made to order items - These items are fully manufactured to order, they require usually 6-8 weeks from the point of ordering or the end of the order window, whichever is longest. The estimated delivery date is shown on individual products or communicated directly at the point of ordering.

Shipments are sent withing the UK on an express service such as Evri24, Royal Mail24 or DPD next day. We may also from time to time deliver directly to local addresses at our discretion, to ensure deliveries arrive as quickly as possible.

All delivery and processing times are estimates and we reserve the right to extend this time where necessary.  We are committed to providing an exceptional level of service and work hard to achieve the goals we set.
