The Neston SC 2-in-1 Training Shorts are designed as a unisex option for training, warm-ups, and general conditioning.
They combine a lightweight outer short with a supportive inner liner for all-round performance. The outer layer (90% recycled polyester / 10% elastane) provides a smooth, flexible feel with excellent stretch and shape retention, while the integrated inner short (95% recycled polyester / 5% elastane) adds coverage and support without restricting movement.
